I work in several ways, but I keep things organized by thinking of them in two categories, 2 dimensions and 3 dimensions. All of the work is mixed media. Most of the 2 dimensional work is on gallery wrapped canvas or birch wood cradles. The sizes vary from “minis” to 3’x4′ canvas.
The 3 dimensional work is just whimsical, using found items, and painting methods to create sculptural characters and quirky pieces that bring a smile to the recipient. So much fun!
But that’s just the underneath details. The fun is in the process, in deciding how to make the next move, the next connection, the next thought come to life.
